Guests are required to complete pre-registration prior to arrival. Our concierge team will then contact you before check-in to coordinate your arrival and assist with the hotel registration process. Guest has all access to the entire grounds of the property as well as world class restaurants, gym and the infamous LIV night club, 3 swimming pools, kids pool with playing area and jacuzzi. Beach towels and chairs are free. Signature dining (HAKKASAN.MIRABELLA .PRIME 54.ARKADIA GRILL. LA CÔTE) 2 * Complimentary passes to the magnificent Lapis spa! For your entire stay! You will check in at the front desk. Just give them your name and let them know you are guest of the owner.

Check in time is 4pm - 5PM. If the hotel has the room ready before then you are free to check into the room early. If not you may still check into the hotel and use all the amenities until your room is ready. Also the hotel will hold your bags at bell hop services for you and message you once you can check into your suite. Some amenities may or may not be available due to city ordinances. Guests must authorize a credit card for housekeeping and resort incidentals. The hotel will place a $250 hold per night per room on your credit card. This will be refunded back to your card upon checking out. This is a separate cost from the room, i.e. room service, drinks at the pool, etc. 🚧 Resort Enhancement Notice The resort is currently enhancing portions of its pool deck as part of an exciting renovation project expected through early 2027. Construction is generally scheduled during daytime hours on weekdays and limited hours on Saturdays. During this time, certain pools, cabanas, and dining venues may be temporarily relocated or unavailable as work progresses. The resort's main Bow Tie Pool, beach access, and many other resort amenities remain available, and the hotel is expanding beach activities and guest experiences throughout the project. We appreciate your understanding as the resort invests in creating an even better guest experience.
